Creamy Cabonara (Cabonara berkrim)


Sarapan pagi ni....creamy cabonara. Permintaan anak2. Hubby tak gemar jadi lepas siap hantar anak2 sume, saya temankan hubby ngeteh kat mamak. Resepi ni saya intai dari taste.com. N3 sebelum ni saya share resepi cabonara klasik, guna telur. Yang ni guna susu dan krim pulak.

Creamy carbonara

500 gm fettuccine pasta
(500 gm pasta)

1 tablespoon olive oil
(1 sb minyak zaiiton)

80g butter
(80 gm mentega)

1 large onion, finely chopped
(1 biji bawang besar - cincang halus)

250g shredded beef bacon
(250 gm bacon lembu - koyak2kan - saya guna chicken meatball - hiris nipis)

200g fresh button mushrooms, sliced
(200 gm cendawan butang segar - hiris - kali ni tak letak sebab takde stok )

300ml pure cream
(300 ml krim masakan - saya guna separuh krim dan separuh susu segar)

1 cup grated tasty cheese
(1 cawan parutan cheese)

Salt and pepper to taste
(Garam dan lada hitam secukup rasa)



Cook pasta in a large saucepan of salted boiling water according to packet instructions. Drain well.
(Rebus pasta ikut arahan di pembungkus)

Meanwhile, heat a large frypan over high heat. Add oil, butter, onion, bacon and mushrooms. Cook, stirring for 5 minutes or until bacon is crisp and mushroom is tender.
(Panaskan mentega dan minyak di dalam pan/periuk menggunakan api kuat. Masukkan bawang, cendawan dan bacon. Tumis hingga bawang, cendawan layu dan bacon garing selama lebih kurang 5 minit.)

Add cream. Bring to the boil. Simmer 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Add pasta and cheese to pan. Stir through sauce until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
(Masukkan krim & susu. Masak hingga mendidih. Kemudian renihkan selama 2 minit hingga sedikit memekat. Masukkan cheese. Masak sedikit cheese cair dan perisakan dengan garam dan lada hitam secukup rasa. - resepi asal pasta masukkan sekali dengan cheese. Saya asingkan pasta sebab masak banyak, tak makan terus).
