Moist Chocolate Muffins

Lama tak buat muffin....google2 jumpa resepi allrecipes.com nih. Sedap dan mudah nak buat.

Tak payah guna mixer pun...guna whisker jer. Satukan bahan kering dalam satu mangkuk kecuali 1/4 cawan chip....pastu dlm mangkuk lain satu dan adu rata bahan basah. Pastu satukan bahan dan adun rata...jgn lama2 sangat nanti muffin jadi keras. Tuang dlm cup dan tabur chip.

Pastu bakar suhu oven 200 celcius selama 15 - 20 minit.

Moist Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour (2 cawan tepung gandum)
1 cup white sugar (1 cawan gula)
3/4 cup chocolate chips(3/4  cawan chip coklat)
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder(1/2 cawan serbuk koko)
1 teaspoon baking soda(1 sk baking soda)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract(1 sk esen vanilla)
1 egg (1 biji telur)
1 cup plain yogurt;(1 cawan yogurt)
1/2 cup milk (1/2 cawan susu)
1/2 cup vegetable oil (1/2 cawan minyak)
1/4 cup chocolate chips (1/4 cawan chip coklat)

Directions

1 h 35 mPreheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.Combine flour, sugar, 3/4 cup chocolate chips, cocoa powder, and baking soda in a large bowl.

Whisk egg, yogurt, milk, and vegetable oil in another bowl until smooth; pour into chocolate mixture and stir until batter is just blended. Fill prepared muffin cups 3/4 full and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips.

Bake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 20 minutes. Cool in the pans for 10 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.All done! Now take a photo, rate it, and share your accomplishments!
