Potato gratin

Pagi ni punya cerita......

Ni la hasilnya...potato gratin resepi yang dikongsi oleh chef ammar di fbnya

Bahan dan cara2nya
Panaskan 3 sb mentega. Masukkan 3 sb tepung gandum.
Goreng hingga jadi seperti di dalam gambar. (Macam berpasir gitu)
Tuangkan satu liter susu segar dan kacau hingga sebati dan sehingga menghasilkan sos yang pekat.
Masukkan garam, lada hitam dan parutan cheese cheddar(jika suka) secukup rasa.
Tutup api dan ketepikan.

Kupas kentang dan hiris nipis.

Tuang sedikit minyak jagung ke dalam loyang.
Susun kentang dalam loyang pembakar (saya susun tak cantik sebab nak cepat)

Tuangkan sos bechamal dan ulang proses sehingga 4 lapisan....yang terakhir tuang sos bechamal.

Taburkan parutan cheese cheddar secukupnya

Bakar di dalam oven pada suhu 175 celsius selama 45 minit - 1 jam

The Recipes for this dish called Potato gratin. It is from France. The Method of Making it simple and easy. 
For the Bechamal Sacue 
1- Heat up your pan under medium heat for about 1 minute 
2- One part of butter = part or all purpose flour. mix the mixture and make sure do not burn it. the texture must be sandy. 
3- Add Fresh Milk and keep on staring till the mixture become very thick and smooth sauce add salt and black peppers.( if you like to add cheddar cheese suka suka Hati)
4- in a roasting tin about 4 cm high as you see in the picture No 1 add some corn Oil and arrange the slice potato, add the bachamel sauce and cheese. do this steps for about 4 lyers 
5- the last layer add bachamel sauce and finish it with lots of cheddar
cheese 
6- back it in the oven for about 45 minutes under 170 C .
