Quick calzone

Malam ni buat calzone lagi....rasa macam tak puas makan yg buat aritu....inti pun banyak lagi....



Saya buat 2 bancuhan...dapat 6 ketul calzone yang besar gedabak....makan satu kenyang seminggu....hehehe.

Saya punya takde la quick sangat....saya buat doh sendiri. Kali ni saya guna doh pizza resepi food.com. Dohnya lembik sikit...kena guna tepung masa nak canai....tapi jadinya ok jer....kali ni saya buat kulit nipis....tak macam aritu...tebal....inti pulak selambak....tambah cheese dan cendawan butang segar.

Inti calzone ni boleh dipelbagaikan macam resepi dari anitalianinmykitchen.com nih. Kalau rajin google mcm2 isi ble letak....ada juga yang panggil calzone ni stuff pizza....apa2 nama pun ok....janji rasanya enak...


Yang ni saya sapu dengan air + garam untuk dapat kulit yg keras/rangup pastu tabur italian herbs....


Ingredients
1 ready made pizza dough (store bought or bakery)
½ cup (60 grams) of pancetta (cubed)
½ pepper sliced
5 mushrooms sliced
½ cup (200 grams) diced tomatoes (in a can, make sure just tomatoes)
½ teaspoon (2½ grams) basil
½ teaspoon (2½ grams) oregano
¼ teaspoon (1½ grams) salt
2 teaspoon (10 grams) olive oil
½ cup (120 grams) mozzarella (firm mozzarella, not fresh)

Instructions

Pre heat oven to 450°- 480° (250° celcius)In a small bowl combine, diced canned tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt and olive oil mix together.

On a medium size pizza pan, drizzle a little olive oil (approximately 1 teaspoon (5 grams)) place pizza dough on top, add in the following order, tomato mixture (spread evenly on ½ the pizza dough), pancetta, peppers, mushrooms and mozzarella, then pull the other half of the pizza dough to cover the mixture filled side and crimp the edges so that none of the filling escapes, drizzle with olive oil (approximately 1 teaspoon).

Bake for approximately 15 minutes till golden, let sit 5 minutes before cutting. Buon appetito!

Ingredient

1 cup lukewarm water
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
1⁄4 teaspoon onion powder
1⁄2 teaspoon italian seasoning
2 1⁄2 cups bread flour, sub whole wheat flour as desired
2 1⁄2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
cornmeal, for sprinkling

DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients except cornmeal into your bread machine according to your manufacturer's directions. For my bread machine it is in the order listed above.Once dough cycle has finished, turn dough out onto a floured surface.

Preheat oven to 400°F and roll or stretch dough out into a 12 inch round (medium crust) or several small rounds or a large rectangle. Place pizza on a greased cookie sheet.

Sprinkle cornmeal over top of dough.
Bake pizza for 10 minutes at 400ºF. Remove from oven and cover with toppings. Reduce oven temp to 350ºF and bake 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and browned.
