Pasta udang berkrim







Creamy Prawn Pasta

Bahan                                                                 

  • 300 g udang dibuang kulitnya
  • 1 (170 g) tin tuna (jika suka)
  • 2 sb tepung gandum
  • 2 sb mentega
  • 14 sk garam (atau secukup rasa)
  • 12 sk lada putih
  • 1 14 cawan susu
  • 1 (100 g) cheese
  • 400 g pasta
Directions

  1. Melt butter and flour in a pot on low temperature on the stove. (Cairkan mentega dan masukkan tepung di dalam periuk dengan api kecil)
  2. Add salt and pepper. (Tambah garam dan lada)
  3. Add milk bit by bit and stir well after each addition. (Tambah susu sedikit2 sambil kacau rata)
  4. When all the milk has been added, constantly stir the sauce until it starts to boil. Boil for 2 minutes.(Bila siap masukkan susu, biarkan sos mendidih selama 2 minit)
  5. Add cottage cheese and stir some more. (Tambah keju)
  6. Add seafood. Let the prown cook for 2 minutes or more (masukkan udang dan tuna dan kacau rata dan biarkan seketika hingga udang masak.
  7. Prepare pasta as said on packaging. (Sementara itu rebus pasta hingga empuk. dan sedia dihidang bersama sos. Taburkan daun parsley kering jika suka).
