Diet drink with lemon

8 cups of water
Juice of 6 lemons
½ cup of honey
Few ice cubes
10 mint leaves

Heat the water, but it shouldn’t be boiling or hot. No more than 60 degrees. Add all the ingredients and let the mixture stand in the refrigerator for several hours. Finally strain the mixture and the drink is ready. Put one ice cube in each cup of the drink, because the body consumes extra energy to warm the cold foods or drinks.

Before breakfast, drink a glass of lemonade. The breakfast should be consisted of a fruit salad. At 11 pm, drink the second glass of lemonade in combination with a few unroasted almonds as a snack.

For lunch have a boiled egg and lettuce salad spiced with olive oil and apple cider vinegar which also melts fat cells.

At 16 pm you should drink another glass of lemonade and a fruit of your choice.

For dinner have a grilled fish or chicken and a seasonal salad of your choice.

Two hours before bedtime drink another glass of the lemonade.

If your goal is not to reduce the weight, but just to cleanse the body of toxins, you should drink the entire amount during the day. You should do that for at least five days, while careful not to eat harmful food.
