Stok yogurt yg sepatutnya nak buat lassi mangga tapi tak dibuat2 sebab mangganya dah dimakan oleh anakanda2 tercinta akhirnya digunakan utk buat macam2...roti yogurt, muffin yogurt....
Nak cerita sikit pasal muffin yogurt yg resepinya di Cnp from laurainthekitchen.com. Rasa dan tekturenya ala2 apam. Tak manis sgt...tambah lagi kalau tak letak streusel topping tu....
Kengkawan bole cuba, bila ada lebihan yogurt yg dah bertapa dalam peti sejuk tu...
Terjemahannya saya akan buat kendian yer...arini mood malas nak translate...
Streusal Topping tu sepatutnya timbul kat atas muffin tu jer tetapi sebab laura tak tulis letak tepung jadi gulanya semua mencair dan turun ke bawah n dalam muffin.... tapi hasil dari pencarian maklumat yang dibuat berkenaan streusal topping tu memang ada digaul dengan tepung gandum... jadi resepi si laura ni saya dah ejas sikit.... Disebabkan penduduk kat rumah saya ni tak suka kek/muffin yang rasa rempah tu, saya omit serbuk kulit kayu manis tu ye.... tapi sebenarnya sedap sangat kalau letak...
