Kroket (croquette) tauhu berkeju rangup




Dok geledah blog sendiri terjumpa N3 kroket tauhu keju. Lama dah tak buat. Kroket ni sedap buat kudap2 minum petang.....cicah dengan sos atau pun mayonis. Resepi ni asalnya saya rujuk dari resepmasakanpraktis.com, blog masakan dari indonesia.....saya olah sedikit ikut citarasa. Kroket ni omputih panggil croquette. Biasa diorg guna kentang lecek. Tapi guna tauhu pun sedap.....

Nak tau kroket tu apa ble baca info dari Wiki ni -  'A croquette is a small breadcrumbed fried food roll containing, usually as main ingredients, mashed potatoes or ground meat (veal, beef, chicken, or turkey), shellfish, fish, cheese, vegetables, and mixed with béchamel or brown sauce, and soaked white bread, egg, onion, spices and herbs, wine, milk, beer, or any of the combination thereof, sometimes with a filling, e.g. sautéed onions, mushrooms, or boiled eggs (Scotch eggs). Kroket Tauhu Berkeju Rangup @ ZLC

Bahan:

300 gm tauhu telur, hancurkan (guna tauhu biasa yang 4 segi tu pun ok)
100 gm ayam  (ayam cincang / minced)
Garam secukup rasa
1/4 sk serbuk lada putih (kali ni saya letak paprika)
50 gm keju cheddar parut
20 gm tepung jagung

Saya tambah

Cendawan enorki
1/2 biji tomato
1/2 biji bawang besar

Bahan salutan:

1 biji telur
tepung gandum secukupnya
serbuk roti secukupnya

Cara Membuat Kroket Tauhu Keju

Campurkan tahu, ayam, tomato dan bawang cincang, garam dan lada putih.
Gaul rata. (Saya masukkan dlm food processor dan kisar lumat)
Masukkan keju dan cendawan, gaul rata.
Lalu tambahkan tepung jagung dan gaul rata.
Bentuk adunan menjadi bulat, golekkan di bahan tepung, lalu celupkan dengan telur.
Kemudian salutkan dengan serbuk roti.
Goreng dalam minyak panas dengan api sedang sampai keperangan.
