Mlm ni tak cadang pun nak buat roti tapi anak minta nak makan roti krim....dalam malas2 tu bancuh gak la 2 adunan roti mentega lembut tanpa telur nih...
Try la resepi roti ni....Sumber saya dari http://treatntrick.blogspot.com. Doh roti ni agak lembik tapi jangan tambah tepung...saya minyakkan je tangan masa nak bentukkan doh...kejadiaannya Alhamdulillah memang lembut jadinya.
SOFT BUTTER ROLLS
Yield : 12 rolls

2 1/2 cup all purpose flour (2 1/2 tepung gandum)
1 1/2 tablespoon sugar (1 1/2 sb gula)
1 1/2 tsp instant yeast (1 1/2 yis)
3 tablespoon softened butter (3 sb mentega)
2 tablespoon dry milk(2 sb susu tepung )
1 cup warm water(1 cawan air suam )
3/4 tsp salt( 3/4 sk garam)
1 1/2 tablespoon sugar (1 1/2 sb gula)
1 1/2 tsp instant yeast (1 1/2 yis)
3 tablespoon softened butter (3 sb mentega)
2 tablespoon dry milk(2 sb susu tepung )
1 cup warm water(1 cawan air suam )
3/4 tsp salt( 3/4 sk garam)
1/2 sk baking powder(saya tambah )
extra butter for topping (xtra mentega untuk topping )

DIRECTION
In a large bowl, combine flour and instant yeast. (Satukan tepung, yis dan baking powder)
In a separate bowl, whisk together warm water, dry milk, salt, sugar and butter.(dalam mangkuk lain satu bahan2 selebihnya kecuali xtra mentega)
Gradually add wet ingredients to the flour
mixture to form into soft dough by hand or a mixer.(satukan bahan basah ke dlm tepung sedikit2 sehingga memjadi doh yg lembut dengan mixer atau tangan).
Knead by hand for 10 minutes on floured board until elastic. If you are kneading in a stand mixer, it should take 5-7 minutes to obtain a smooth ball. (Uli dengan tangan selama 10 minit atau 5 -7 minit dengan mixer hingga menjadi doh yg licin.
Place the dough in a greased and covered bowl for 1.5 hours or until it's doubled in size.
(Perap doh sehingga naik sekali ganda dalam bekas tertutup yg digris dgn minyak).
Lightly punch dough, divide into 12 equal portion. (Tumbuk doh dan bahagi doh ikut citarasa).
Shape each portion into smooth ball.
Place rolls into baking sheet, let rest for 45 minutes. (Bentukkan doh ikut citarasa dan susun dlm loyang atau cup dan biar doh naik seganda)
Towards the end or raising time preheat oven @ 190 C. Bake roll until golden for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, brush with melted butter.
Transfer onto rack to cool. (Bakar dalam oven yang dipanaskan dahulu pada suhu 190 C selama 15 minit. Keluarkan dari oven dan sapukan mentega. Sejukkan diatas rak)
