Puding milo lapis oreo tunggang-langgang

Minum petang dengan puding lapis oreo. Tak sempat nak melapis encik hubby dah suruh bersiap untuk pg kenduri.....uhuk..uhuk... Tu la kejadiaan puding ni tak semenggah sangat...blum sempat cukup keras satu lapisan dah dituang lapisan kedua dan ketiga...sudahnya timbul semua oreo tu....alahai puding ku....bercampur aduk lapisan milo ngan susu....nasib la ko labu....janji sedap je lalu kat tekak ni....biar pun tak jelita.

Alkisah sipuding tunggang-langgang sbb nak pegi kenduri tapi akhirnya tak jadi pegi sbb si kecik meragam......melepas ummi nak tengok rumah orang kaya2 kat setia eco-park tu...

Versi zulfaza

1 paket agar2 serbuk (20 gm)
1 cawan gula
4 cawan air
1 tin susu cair
3/4 cawan milo
1 paket oreo 137 gm (patah2kan)

Masak agar2 + air + gula hingga agar2 dan gula hancur sepenuhnya dan mendidih. Tutup api dan tambahkan susu. Kacau rata. Asingkan 2 cawan adunan. Masukkan milo ke dlm periuk selebihnya tu. Kacau hingga milo sebati.

Tuang separuh adunan agar2 milo ke dalam loyang/acuan. Biarkan membeku seketika. Sementara tu lebihan adunan dlm periuk tu, pasangkan api kecil.

dah beku skit tuang lapisan susu yang diasingkan 2 cawan tadi. Dan taburkan oreo yg dah patah2 tadi...(saya tak patahkan pun)

Bekukan jap dan tuangkan lapisan milo selebihnya.....

****** Jangan tunggu lapisan tu membeku sangat sebelum tuang lapisan seterusnya. Tapi kalau lapisan2 tu dah terbeku sangat....supaya setiap lapisan melekat, amik garpu dan cakar skit kat permukaan dia baru tuang lapisan lain. Boleh masukkan kat freezer kejap supaya cepat keras semasa proses melapis..

Makes: 8" square

INGREDIENTS:

1 packet / 10g Jelly Powder (Agar-Agar Powder)
750ml Water (saya guna 4 cawan)
160g Sugar (saya guna 1 cawan)
1 can (400g) Evaporated Milk (satu tin biasa tu)
3/4 cup Milo Powder
1 pack (137g) Oreo Cookies - break into small pieces but keep the sandwich together 

METHOD:

1. Place jelly powder and water in a pot & cook until jelly is dissolved.
Add in sugar & cook until sugar is dissolved.
Add in milk, stir well & off fire once boiled.

2. Separate 2 cups of the mixture into another pot & add in Milo powder.Stir well until milo is dissolved. (Asingkan 2 cawan adunan biarkan warna putih, masukkan milo dalam adunan di dalam periuk) 

3. Pour 1 cup of Milo mixture into a square container and let the remaining half warm up on smallest fire.
Let it set slightly on surface before pouring another layer.
Pour the plain mixture on top.
Sprinkle oreo cookies & let is set on the surface.
Pour the remaining milo mixture.

4. Let it set completely at room temperature before chiiling it in fridge.
Serve cold.

TIPS FOR LAYERING:

a. Do not wait until the layer is completely set before pouring the next layer, or else it will not stick. If happened, scratch surface with fork before pouring the next layer.
b. Make sure the mixture is still hot when pouring on the earlier layer so that it will stick well.
