Tuna pasta bake


Menu pilihan ummi utk sarapan dan bekal anak2 ke sekolah...simple and tasty...nak sediakan pun cepat jer....tak sampai 45 minit dah siap....sebab tskde nak kupas atau hiris apa2 pun....

Walau camna pun kalau nak tambah bawang holland tu pun ok juga dan hirisan cili untuk menambahkan perisa....kat atas dia tu boleh juga taburkan daun bawang.... kali ni saya guna original resepi....kalau letak mcm2 tu anak2 akan pilih keluarkan benda2 tu..

Saya gunakan bekas aluminium tu yang sisp ada penutup. Senak nak packkan untuk bekal.... Anak2 saya dah terbiasa bawa bekal....selalunya kawan2 ikut makan sekali. Nanti balik sekolah diorang aksn bercerita....kawan2 suka makanan yg kitrg bawa...... kawan2 tanya beli ke ummi awak masak.....itu antara dialog yg kerap di dengar...
Mudah nsk bekalkan anak2.....
Saya seronok sgt bila anak2 tak malu bawa bekal ke sekolah....dan diorg happy sebab makanan tu dume di masak oleh ummi diorang sendiri...

Semenjak-dua menjak nih diorang dah tak nak bawa duit ke sekolah.....sbb bekal yg ummi bagi tu dah cukup katanya......

Ingredient

300g dried macaroni pasta
40g butter
2 tablespoons plain flour
2 cups reduced-fat milk
3/4 cup reduced-fat grated pizza cheese
425g can tuna in springwater, drained, flaked
1/4 cup pasta cooking liquid

Methods
Step 1
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Lightly grease an 8 cup-capacity ovenproof dish. Cook pasta in a medium saucepan of boiling, salted water, following packet directions, until tender. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup cooking liquid. Return pasta to pan.

Step 2
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add flour. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until bubbling. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in milk until combined. Return to heat. Cook, stirring constantly, for 3 to 4 minutes or until sauce boils and thickens. Remove from heat. Stir in 1/4 cup cheese. Season with pepper.


Step 3
Add to pasta with tuna and reserved cooking liquid. Toss to combine. Spoon mixture into prepared dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden. Serve.
