Baking convertion / Panduan sukatan bahan

Kekadan bila tengok resepi, dia guna sukatan lain dari yg biasa kita guna contohnya oz atau cawan dsb. Pening pulak nak convert jadi gram. Macam tu jugak suhu...ada yg guna ferenheit...kita biasa guna celcius...
Ada yg takde penimbang pun menyebabkan terbantuk hasrat nak mencuba resepi... Jadinya kali ni nsk kongsi la sikit ilmu yg saya jumpa kat blog butterbaking nih... Terima kasih banyak2 sebab post dia nih banyak membantu.... Saya harap ilmu nih boleh dimanfaatksn bersama...
ABBREVIASION
Teaspoon = tsp  - sudu teh = st
Tablespoon = tbsp - sudu besar = sb
Grams = g
Kilograms = kg
Milliliters = ml
Plain flour = all purpose flour
Wholemeal flour = whole wheat flour
White sugar = granulated sugar
Caster sugar = superfine sugar
Icing sugar = powdered sugar
GENERAL MEASUREMENTS

1/2 tbsp = 1 1/2 tsp
1 tbsp = 3 tsp
1/4 cup = 4 tbsp
1/3 cup = 5 tbsp + 1 tsp
1/2 cup = 8 tbsp
